Daniel Broda / Jaclyn Smith
Daniel was born and raised in Australia, after leaving school he went into catering in Sydney, after several years of practical and theory training he became a "Chef de cuisine"after serving under some prominent Chefs at some of the top restaurants and Hotels in Sydney, at 21years old he came to the UK and furthered his experience as Chef in and around the Cotswolds, in 2012 he was one of the Chefs responsible for the preparation of food and dietry requirements for the USA Olympic team.
Jaclyn has lived in the Oxfordshire area, and has been involved in the catering business for a number of years, she has successfully managed her own pub in Farringdon and has now expanded into the everyday management position at The Clanfield Tavern, whilst Daniel is responsible for the all menus and food preparation and dining room, working together has formed an alliance with the experience to give you a dining and enjoyable experience not to be forgotten.
